- Free cancellation available for 48 hours after completing the booking payment. Guests can receive a refund if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in (time specified in the confirmation email), deducting the service fee.
- For cancellations made after this period but up to 7 days before check-in, guests can receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee, deducting the service fee.
