CANCELLATION POLICIES

At GOBNB, we understand the importance of transparent and fair cancellation policies for both guests and hosts.

Our cancellation options are designed to offer flexibility while providing protection against unforeseen circumstances.

Familiarize yourself with the different cancellation policies below to determine the best fit for your business.

CANCELLATION OPTIONS

– Free cancellation allowed until 24 hours before check-in (time specified in the confirmation email), deducting the service fee.

– Cancellations made after this period but before check-in will receive a full refund, deducting the first night’s stay and service fee.

– Free cancellation permitted until 5 days before check-in (time indicated in the confirmation email), deducting the service fee.

– For cancellations made after this period but before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued, deducting the first night’s stay and service fee.

– Free cancellation available for 48 hours after completing the booking payment. Guests can receive a refund if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in (time specified in the confirmation email), deducting the service fee.

– For cancellations made after this period but up to 7 days before check-in, guests can receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee, deducting the service fee.

-Free cancellation permitted until 30 days before check-in (time specified in the confirmation email), deducting the service fee.

-For cancellations made after this period but before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued, deducting the first night’s stay and service fee.

– Automatically applied to reservations lasting 28 nights or more.

– Fully refundable within 48 hours after confirming the booking if the cancellation occurs at least 28 days before check-in (3:00 PM in the destination’s local time, if not specified), deducting the service fee.

– For cancellations made more than 48 hours after booking but before check-in, guests can receive a full refund, excluding the first 30 days’ stay and the service fee.

– Using “deducting” maintains consistency throughout the policies for clarity and transparency regarding fee deductions from the refund amounts.
