Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation permitted until 5 days before check-in (time indicated in the confirmation email), deducting the service fee.
- For cancellations made after this period but before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued, deducting the first night’s stay and service fee.
Additional rules information
1. Don't leave the Air Conditions on once you leave the apartment or if the balcony doors are open.
2. The water heater takes around 30 mins. to heat the water, it is very important that you turn the switch *off* before you go in to take a shower.
3. Try to keep food and drinks away from the couch. Do not eat in bedrooms. An extra cleaning fee will be charged in case the apartment is left in a very dirty state.
4. Keep the key in a safe place so that you don't lose it. An extra charge will be applied to change the entire door lock if the key is lost.
5. There are extra blankets & towels in the closets.
6. Check in is at 3:00 p.m. Check out is at 11 a.m. You can leave the keys on the kitchen table.
7. Pets are not allowed.
8. Any type of smoking should be done outside on the balcony. Cigarette ends are to be disposed in the ashtray. Make sure cigarettes are properly turned off before throwing them in the trash in order to prevent a fire.
9. Late check outs have to be approved. An extra $5 will be charged per hour.
10. All doors should be closed and trash taken out when guests leave the apartment.
