Non-Refundable Deposit:
After a verbal booking, guests have 24 hours to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking amount to secure their reservation.
Failure to make the payment within this period will result in the cancellation of the booking.
Cancellations:
All cancellations are non-refundable, including the initial deposit.
Date Changes:
Guests may request a change of dates, subject to availability.
If the requested dates are available, the booking may be adjusted without additional charges. However, this is not guaranteed.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid before check-in to confirm the reservation. Failure to make the final payment may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
